Shipping Policy
At Golden Coast Luxe, we're committed to getting your order to you as quickly and safely as possible. Thank you for shopping with us!
Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
Once your order has been processed and shipped, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow your package every step of the way.
Please note that processing times may be slightly longer during holidays, promotions, or periods of high order volume.
Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your shipping address and selected shipping method.
We offer FREE standard shipping on all U.S. orders over $100.
Orders under $100 will be charged the applicable shipping rate at checkout.
Estimated Delivery Times
After your order has been processed, estimated delivery times are:
• Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
• Expedited Shipping: Available at checkout (if offered)
Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delays caused by weather, holidays, or shipping carriers are outside of our control.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you'll receive an email containing your tracking number.
If you do not receive tracking information within a few business days after placing your order, please contact us and we'll be happy to assist you.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Please verify that your shipping address is correct before completing your purchase.
Golden Coast Luxe is not responsible for packages shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you notice an error after placing your order, please contact us immediately. If your order has not yet shipped, we'll do our best to update the address.
Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages
Once an order has been shipped, responsibility for delivery transfers to the shipping carrier.
If your package is lost, significantly delayed, or marked as delivered but cannot be located, please contact the shipping carrier first. If you need additional assistance, we're happy to help guide you through the claims process.
Golden Coast Luxe is not responsible for lost or stolen packages that have been confirmed as delivered by the carrier.
International Shipping
At this time, Golden Coast Luxe ships within the United States only.
If international shipping becomes available in the future, this policy will be updated.
Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
Include:
• Your order number
• Photos of the damaged item(s)
• Photos of the packaging
We'll review your request and work with you to find the best solution.
